Event Location & Parking
October 26 and 27: Illinois Conference Center (1900 S. 1st Street, Champaign, IL 61820)
- The Summit will be held in the Illinois Ballroom.
- Free, ample parking is available at the Illinois Conference Center.
- Attached to the iHotel.
October 28 and 29: University of Illinois Stock Pavilion (1402 W. Pennsylvania Avenue, Urbana, IL 61801)
- A small amount of metered, street parking is available nearby.
- Shuttles will provide transportation between the Stock Pavilion and the iHotel each morning and evening.
- Shuttle will provide transportation to facility tours and the Energy Farm on October 29.
Travel
The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is located 135 miles south of Chicago, 125 miles west of Indianapolis, and 180 miles northeast of St. Louis. To arrive in Champaign-Urbana, you can choose one of the following options:
- It is best to fly into the regional airport, University of Illinois Willard Airport (CMI), using American Airlines or United Airlines. Campus is less than a 10 minute drive from the airport (Uber and Lyft are available).
- Fly into one of the major airports in Chicago (O’Hare or Midway) and a 2.5 hour drive or 3 hour shuttle bus (Peoria Charter).
- Fly into Indianapolis International Airport and a 2 hour drive. Rental cars are available at the airport.
Lodging
The iHotel (1900 South 1st Street, Champaign, IL) is directly connected to the Illinois Conference Center where the first two days of the conference take place. To make a reservation by phone, call (217) 819-5000.
